Capabilities
High-rate sensor returns are correlated into tracks with association scoring, gap handling and confidence decay, so a track that has not been seen for eleven minutes says exactly that.
Signals, imagery-derived products, open sources and human reporting are fused at governed data-product level with source reliability carried through to the conclusion.

Confidence decays with the data. TK-2019 has not been observed for eleven minutes and its score reflects that, so nobody briefs an eleven-minute-old position as a current one.

Post-activity observations flow back against the original assessment, so confidence and collection priorities update rather than going stale in a slide deck.

Approval chain
The dossier cannot advance past a pending stage. There is no override path in the interface.
Decision support, not decision. The platform assembles evidence, tracks review state and records approvals. It does not select, authorise or execute — those remain human acts with named accountability.
